procrastination around me huh.....!!!

lama- lama kalo dibiarkan mmg melarat...aduh!!!! here some tip how to avoid it...

Go to a library and sit at a big desk that is well lit with only the things you need for studying

Your studying/workspace is your sanctuary, if it's cluttered you'll find it hard to think straight. Keep it clean and neat.

Try to avoid listening to your I-Pod, texting, bringing your computer or anything else that can distract you from what you need to get done.

Make sure your eating a healthy meal before you start working, this will allow you to concentrate and not worry about your hunger.

Coffee is a great aid, but should be consumed in moderation.

Bring healthy snacks in case you get hungry.

Take periodic 5 minute breaks every hour.
